When you contact our office, please tell the representative the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us and we recognize that they can help us to improve. You will be asked to provide your Order Number from your invoice, and then you will be issued a Return Tracking Number (RTN). Please keep a copy of this number for your records and include it with the item you are returning. The RTN must be enclosed in order to receive a refund. Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.
